Terms and Conditions of Life & Business Coaching Services
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of life and business coaching services by FuuZzi Company to individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as "the client"). These terms constitute the contractual agreement for the services provided.
1.2 The term "coaching" as used herein encompasses life coaching, personal coaching, problem-solving, executive coaching, business coaching, mentoring, or supervision services provided for clients, coaches, or others.
1.3 Coaching is distinct from psychological counseling or therapy and should not be interpreted as such.
2.1 In consideration of the fees payable by the client (or a third party acting on their behalf), FuuZzi Company agrees to provide coaching services in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2.2 The client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions and to fulfill the payment obligations. When a third party covers the fees, they are considered the client's agent.
2.3 The date of the first coaching session signifies the commencement of services. The client's participation in the first coaching session implies their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Responsibility & Commitment
3.1 FuuZzi Company's primary objective is to assist the client in setting and achieving their goals for desired outcomes. The client is solely responsible for their decisions following coaching sessions. FuuZzi Company disclaims any liability for the client's actions, financial or otherwise.
3.2 FuuZzi Company is not responsible for any losses incurred by the client, whether financial or otherwise, resulting from coaching sessions, nor for any perceived failure to achieve desired outcomes or goals, whether justified or not.
4.1 Personal or business information shared with FuuZzi Company during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's prior consent, except as required by law.
4.2 Both FuuZzi Company and the client will sign a confidentiality agreement if necessary. FuuZzi Company respects the client's privacy and seeks written permission before disclosing any confidential information to third parties.
4.3 In case of emergencies, such as sudden illness or accidents, the client must provide an emergency contact name and phone number.
4.4 All client-related documentation and information are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, except as required by law.
5. VIP Membership & Personalized Services
5.1 FuuZzi Company offers a VIP membership option that allows clients to benefit from exclusive privileges. VIP members may have the opportunity to make last-minute bookings, receive personalized coaching, and enjoy a tailored experience during coaching sessions.
6. Business Coaching Sessions
6.1 Business coaching sessions with FuuZzi Company are designed to address specific business-related challenges and opportunities. These sessions may include the development of business plans, strategies, and solutions to tackle business issues.
7. Session Duration & Refunds
7.1 Coaching sessions are typically scheduled for a specific duration, such as 60 minutes. FuuZzi Company understands that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require sessions to conclude earlier than planned.
7.2 In the event that a coaching session concludes before the scheduled duration for any reason, the client has the following options:
a. Refund for Unused Time: If a session ends before the scheduled duration, and the client wishes to receive a refund for the unused time, FuuZzi Company will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the unused time. The refund will be processed promptly.
b. Split into Two Sessions: Alternatively, if a session ends early, the client may choose to split the remaining time into two shorter sessions in the future. This option allows for the client to receive the full value of the paid fee. The rescheduling of sessions should be coordinated with FuuZzi Company to ensure availability.
7.3 FuuZzi Company acknowledges that unforeseen events can occur, and this provision is intended to provide flexibility to address such situations. It underscores our commitment to ensuring clients receive the coaching they have paid for, even when sessions need to be adjusted.
8. Cancellation & Session Changes
8.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless proper notice is given.
8.2 FuuZzi Company may need to reschedule a session due to exceptional circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment.
8.3 The style of coaching sessions can be changed up to 2 hours before the scheduled start. If a client misses a session without notice or rescheduling, they will be charged for the missed session. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for tardiness.
8.4 If a client pre-pays for sessions, they must use them within six months of payment; otherwise, the fee is forfeited.
8.5 Clients can terminate the coaching agreement with at least 24 hours written notice before the next session. Refunds for any outstanding sessions will be made within 24 hours.
8.6 FuuZzi Company reserves the right to terminate the service early in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the client will receive a reasonable notice period and be refunded for any unused coaching sessions.
8.7 On occasion, FuuZzi Company may recommend alternative services better suited to the client's needs. The reasons for such recommendations will not be disclosed, and the client decides to follow them. FuuZzi Company assumes no liability for the client's decisions.
